Adjusting Calories Goal

  1. Open the Activity app on Apple Watch.
  2. Tap softly on the screen.
  3. Tap the Change Move Goal option.
  4. Now you can adjust the goals by pressing the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons.

View Activity Progress

View the Progress History

  1. Open the Activity App on your iPhone.
  2. Now tap  History button from the lower left corner.
  3. Select a specific day and view the progress of your activity.
  4. To save the image of your progress, go to the top right corner of the screen.
  5. Tap the Share button.
  6. Tap Save Image icon.

View the Achievements

The Activity app has a section which keeps you motivated by recording the reports and the achievements as well. The app will let you know about the achievements you received.

  1. Open Activity app on your iPhone.
  2. Scroll to down at the bottom to Achievement.
  3. Tap to open it.
  4. Select to open any Achievement symbol and view.

Disable Activity Notification, Achievement Alerts, Stand Reminders

  1. Open the Watch app in your iOS device.
  2. Select the My Watch section and tap to open it.
  3. Now go to Activity and toggle off the buttons for Stand Reminders and Daily Coaching.
